We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of scalable, revenue-generating product offerings tailored to our core customer verticals. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer insights, go-to-market, and platform development. You’ll work closely with software engineers, forward deployed software engineers, sales, and customers to gather insights across complex, bespoke customer needs into repeatable, self-serve solutions that drive our growth engine.
You will lead product strategy across customer verticals — building the infrastructure, standards, and self-serve tooling needed to scale our offering efficiently and predictably. This role will serve as the connective tissue between bespoke customer builds and core platform capabilities, identifying opportunities to productize common patterns and deliver leverage across teams.
