About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Charta Health, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, driving go-to-market strategies, and developing positioning that differentiates our AI-powered solutions in the healthcare industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to create impactful messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with healthcare providers, payers, and industry stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in defining how Charta Health’s solutions are perceived in the market, ensuring our value proposition is clear, compelling, and effectively communicated across all customer touchpoints.
Specifically, you will:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that clearly communicate the value of Charta Health’s solutions.
- Craft compelling content, including sales enablement materials, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces, to drive engagement and adoption.
- Work closely with sales teams to create and refine sales tools, training, and collateral that effectively communicate our value to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with product management to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the healthcare AI and revenue integrity space.
- Support demand generation efforts by partnering with the growth marketing team to develop high-impact campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Represent Charta Health at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning our brand as a thought leader in healthcare revenue integrity.
- Analyze key performance metrics and customer insights to refine messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare tech, SaaS, or B2B industries.
- Strong ability to develop strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to complex, highly regulated industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer-facing content.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and drive growth.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving initiatives independently.
- Plus: Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, compliance, or AI-driven solutions.
- Plus: Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, and other marketing automation tools.
